Smart Burglar Alarm Systems

I have been installing burglar alarm since 1991, most of my work over the past 30 years has been working on a sub-contract basis for larger companies. As you can imagine things have moved on since 1991. Systems can now be self-monitored and controlled from a smart phone, they can even talk to the user. Systems are now more secure and easier to use than ever.

The burglar alarm systems I install are based on flexibility, this means I can install a system to meet our customers’ needs in both performance and aesthetics. I pride myself on a very tidy installation.

It is important to me that customers find our systems easy to use, so simplicity is at the heart of every system. The flexibility allows for operation via code, quick key, key fob and access through the HKC SecureCom platform via an APP on a smart phone.

The systems can be traditionally hard wired, completely wireless or a blend of the two technologies. Again, flexibility giving customers a system tailor made to suit their individual requirements.  

Smart Monitoring with a mobile phone

Modern alarms can be connected to the internet so the user can access the system via their smart phone. This can be done several ways, via wi-fi or a cable to your router. If there is no internet, then we can provide a GSM module and get you connected that way.

The platform I use is the HKC SecureComm platform. This is extremely secure and very stable. There are many advantages of having a system connected to the SecureComm platform, systems can be controlled from your smart phone as well as receive notifications, that can alert you if your alarm has been activated whilst you’re away from home. The system can also get its software updates from the platform. Another big advantage is that the installer can log into your system remotely and make many changes from a laptop, often saving time and a call out.
